👉 Ruger RXM Slide on Glock 19 & 26 – Range Tested & Thoughts - Less $ MOS Alternative?

I recently had the chance to test out the Ruger RXM slide on both a Glock 19 and Glock 26, thanks to a subscriber (shoutout to John Woodell for loaning me the slide).

Here are the key takeaways from my testing:

Compatibility: Works flawlessly on both Gen 3 Glock 19 and Glock 26 frames. Zero reliability issues in ~200 rounds.

Features: Comes stock with taller night sights and a superior optics mounting system compared to Glock’s MOS. The adapter plates allow a wide range of red dots with minimal height.

Price Point: Complete RXM slide (with plates) runs about the same cost as a stripped Glock OEM Gen 3 MOS slide.

Parts Interchangeability: Internal components are very similar between the RXM and Glock factory slides, no issues there.

Brand Factor: Some Glock purists may not like “Ruger” stamped on their slide, but functionally, it’s a solid OEM alternative.

If you’re looking to build out a Glock with an optics-ready setup without breaking the bank, the RXM is definitely worth considering.

Glad to assist! Try starting a youtube channel based around pews, lol. I get so much hate for the smallest of things. Tons of keyboard warriors out there that probably shoot once a year.
