Just the 320's.

365's have not had the issue, and further more as stated earlier, the 365's manual safety locks the sear which makes it a much safer manual safety vs the 320's manual safety which locks the trigger.
 
was the P320 the first release by Sig after moving production to the U.S.A. ?
Makes me glad H&K spent so long testing their first U.S. release, CC9

I have no manual safety on my P365/ XL since 2019. It never came with one. No issues. I’ve taken classes from concealment and competed with it from concealment . Carried AIWB the whole time.

Very few of the people I’ve seen competing with 320’s have manual safeties.

Most of the incidents have not been in California.

81Richski: Sig has been manufacturing in the US for decades . I have a Legacy P229 with a German frame but the slide and all parts were made and assembled in New Hampshire in 1997.

To be clear, AFAIK P365's have not had any issues, whether they're equipped with the manual safety or not, though as noted earlier the P365 has a better manual safety than the 320.

Mine has the manual safety which I prefer, though I only use it for re-holstering while concealed IWB, and for admin stuff as otherwise it's typically off while it's EDC.
