I can't buy parts to fix my C&R guns, replace Glock parts for cosmetics, nor buy parts kits anymore. The entire purpose of the law was to make it as hard as possible to maintain and repair. If you're guns don't work then California wins.

I use to try and vote moderate across the board but no more. year after year the Second Amendment getting gutted means screw everything else until our “Rights” are no longer infringed.

I will vote for Pro 2A Politicians. Dems in this state did it to themselves as far as I’m concerned and can no longer be trusted to uphold our Constitution.

You can also set up with a mail forwarding service out of state, use privacy.com for a virtual card not tied to a CA billing address.

Even if a vendor requires the order to an FFL, that dealer has no real mandated log for parts the way they do for guns, so there’s still no searchable trail. Barrels are the only exception in 2027. Criminals who want parts can still get them, cops get nothing to query. The effect is extra cost and hassle for legal buyers, which looks like the point unless they follow up with another bill forcing FFL + checks on everything else.

Except everything is about making it more difficult and expensive to exercise your rights.

ID and signature required for your sight but no ID needed to vote in an election
