Have you searched through the ATF's Official published Curio and Relic list? Have you searched the item using any of the AI platforms? Google? Thanks. What if I have doubts about the item, treat it as C&R and add it in the bound book?
C&R and antique are very different things. C&R list means nothing for an antique.Have you searched through the ATF's Official published Curio and Relic list? Have you searched the item using any of the AI platforms? Google?
I was just pointing that out to the OP, seems OP was confused between C&R and Antique and he wanted to double confirm. Without knowing what the actual item is, hard to tell from the original question.C&R and antique are very different things. C&R list means nothing for an antique.
I know that guns made before 1899, such as Lowe manufactured Mausers, are considered antiques, meaning you can cash and carry without C&R/COE and not have to register through CFARS.When was it made? If it's pre 1899, there are no doubts.
