Any Idea why this round is headed to the sky?

Take the barrel out of the gun and take a picture from the right side and slightly to the rear so I can see the hood of the barrel.
Sometimes, feeding trouble can be a square edge on the underside of the hood.
On many pistols, chamfering the underside of the slide makes them feed more reliably.
