Anyone install or have the Sig Sauer P365X CONTROLS PARTS KIT - (Any Color) installed on their CA compliant 365 FCU?

Hey all-

Was wondering if anyone has the Sig Sauer P365X CONTROLS PARTS KIT in any color installed on their CA compliant 365 FCU?
I ask because the site says it is "Not compatible with California compliant P365's".

I am curious as to why they state that?
Any input/feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks

It's because CA FCUs have the magazine disconnect as part of the safety mechanism to prevent the gun from firing via trigger pull with a round in the chamber and the magazine removed. It's a simple enough removal on the stock FCU/trigger. Sig likely has to put this disclaimer on the page because by replacing the stock trigger with this one you are essentially removing the magazine disconnect which is a "requirement" to have on their firearms on the CA Handgun roster and thus they do not want to be held liable.

So I was looking at Tyrant CNCs trigger and they mention it not working with the mag disconnect so looks like you’re right. Now I’m curious if anyone was able to change out the trigger on a CA version.
