Apex Forward Set Trigger Kits Now Certified For Use in M&P Metal HD Frame Pistols

Apex won't ship to California, nor will they allow their product to be sold by a third party (e.g. MidwayUSA) to an address in California.

I know 'cause I've tried both routes.

Apex also won't provide warranty service to California. If your Apex trigger has issues (and I met a fellow at the range who's did), they will only refund the purchase price. No repair work for you.

I've a low opinion of Apex just about now. No offense to you OP.

I understand not buying on principal, that is one way to get them to understand is when it affects their wallet

I ordered one from Desert Depot Arms a couple weeks ago who is active on this forum and a pretty cool dude if you still wanted to try and get your hands on one.

this isn't true. I just purchased a kit from Optics Planet.
 
Perhaps they have loosened their restrictions; I specifically tried to order through MidwayUSA and was told by a customer service representative the embargo was direct from Apex.

I tried ordering direct from Apex a few minutes ago. Their website says they will not ship to California. I presume their warranty policy has not changed either.

I think that is still the case for their barrels, maybe the rep was thinking about that? Triggers I believe they can be a little more lenient and I still had to send my ID in when buying the trigger because of AB1263

Pretty much the only way to get the barrel in CA right now is to have a friend out of state. I believe that is even if you were to offer to have it shipped to an FFL, they just don't want to deal with the headache.

Negative. I clearly had the trigger kit in my "cart", and inquired about the sales rejection.
 
I bought an Apex trigger for the M&P 2.0 10mm from MidwayUSA in late March without a problem. YMMV

Yep! I was on Primary Arms the other day and there was a disclaimer that Apex doesn’t allow their products to be shipped to California.
