Hanaway sued ATF to stop federal registration requirements that restrain Missourians who want to own suppressors and short-barreled rifles.

“The ATF’s heavy-handed restrictions on suppressors threaten lawful firearm use and undermine the rights protected by the Second Amendment,” Hanaway said."
