I’m right handed but shoot rifles left handed and right hand for pistols. It’s weird but it works for me.

HK paddle release is peak IMO, but that's been comfortable to me since my early teen years(20 years now? Jfc) when airsoft was big & full metal gas blowback pistols were the way. Tomb Raider came out and the USP Match was trending everywhere(justified legendary gun already). Got my hands on one and regular mag releases felt underwhelming ever since.
That said, im essentially lefty everything. Left handed, left footed, left eye is my dominant eye, even my hearing is slightly better in my left ear.
I might as well be that dude from that movie who worked out one half of his entire body....

Ya lefty guitars are not as hard as they use to be but still limited in options in stores.

No options in the stores. Ive bought and sold a few on Reverb though. Still the "Lefty Tax" though.
Next time in Texas i want to stop at SouthPaw Guitars.

Im a bassist so i have a carvin 5 string back when they sold basses and guitar under the name carvin. Didnt charge extra for left snd got to pick all my woods and neck and pick up options.
