I’ve owned my Beretta 21A Bobcat (.22LR) for years. Here’s a quick long-term range report:
Reliability: Can be finicky if you load mags carelessly. Make sure the top round is angled slightly upward — jams almost disappear when you do this.
Accuracy: At 10 yards with bulk ammo, groups were smaller than my hand. Not a tack-driver, but good enough for what it is.
Sights: Very tiny, hard to see with aging eyes. I painted mine white for better visibility.
Trigger: DA is long but smooth, SA is crisp and classic Beretta quality.
Durability: Mine has held up very well after years of shooting. Easy to clean, easy to maintain.
Fun Factor: High. If you can shoot this little mouse gun well, you can shoot anything.
Bottom line: quirky but reliable once you learn how to feed it. A fantastic little plinker and classic pocket pistol. If you see one at a good price, don’t hesitate.
