It's a pretty good sign that we're not seeing people drop all around us right now that it's under control to some extent atleast if it's a bioweapon as feared.

It's also entirely possible that this was a feint or a threat rather than a real scenario. Leaning towards believing we will possibly never know or won't know for some time to come.

From what I can see it looks like the hospitals themselves remain in full quarantine, which isn't exactly making me feel optimistic.

Hospitals, first responders, Supply chains....it all goes down and our society that we are so comfortable with comes down within minutes, hours days...

it's scary to think how easily all we have built and relied upon can Come crashing down....it doesn't seem like it would take much. Covid feels like a dry run in the face of the many horrible conditions that could occur at any given time.

I do think you are wrong because at least as far as own own war with Iran, we have no reason for it or end goal. It will end in no more than 2 years and probably less. those other conflicts are also fairly superficial and don't really involve anyone else directly. A world war would only result if our own resources were threatened.

It's just seeing names like China, Russia and the USA all involved in any sort of military actions at the same time...Let's just hope we don't "bump into" each other while our small campaigns are going on....3 major super powers making moves at the same time does give me pause. But I get it...It's all under control for now...but really the point of my message was just how easily that could change

but you gotta look at the motivations behind all of these things. China of course wants to annex Taiwan, they have for a long time. Russia wants a tiny little piece of Ukraine and is being held off by a tiny country with very mediocre worldwide support. The US is attacking Iran because..... well no one even knows but we appear to be losing and the "war" is wildly unpopular and will likely be stopped by congress after the midterms.
