This is all designed to be processed on LocalLLM's processed privately, train our models to be better and possibly be used as a service.

I like to prototype a lot of different things. This is the latest. This jeremyryanfit, who is also sponsored by ManzanoMunitions.

Upload 2 videos and 1 picture. The system will return what you see below.
  • Video 1
    • Drone footage OR overhead footages to track your route
  • Video 2
    • Hat cam or footage (better if there's a mic/hat cam) for sound and splits processing
  • Picture
    • Stats/Stage Name/etc for the final score.

Features:

  • Tracks pace
    • acceleration / deceleration / stop
  • Tracks route
    • wider stages are better and overhead
  • Splits
    • Has some issues but mostly right.
  • Pretty decent estimates for accuracy...
  • Automated editing
    • time sync and trimming
  • Multiple models used

I wish I could make it larger. How many shots on that stage I could not count fast enough?

You would have to watch on a desktop or ipad and do full screen

Click the Shorts logo on the top left which will take you to YouTube where you can full-screen it.

That’s pretty slick. Very interesting. I would think this could appeal to those who shoot uspsa matches if it was a service. In terms of drone footage how would that work? You need to bring someone who knows how to operate a drone? I have heard in general there are drones that “follow” you but not sure if that applies here.

Yeah, i made it because i used to make a lot of videos like this... Not to the level of detail, but I always wanted to because I enjoy the stats.

The drone/overhead was kind of a discovery. I purchased the drone to do more cinematic movements, but that's already covered by a team at the range. Since that was covered, I was thinking how I could leverage the video that I had. Most of the video is ground level that I have, so it doesn't work with the tracking, splits works but tracking and seeing other people how they move.

For the overhead, you can use a long pole and a insta360 or Osmo Pocket Pro on a high pole. I'll test this the next chance I get. Benefit of that is it can have a mic on your hat, with the POV camera, so I can get the timing correct.

I'm testing the different sensors and sensitivity for each thing. The DJI Osmo VLOG kit is probably the best pair with a Insta360 go 3s / Meta Oakleys. Meta glasses will suck balls though, because audio is 💩 and can't pick up the proper signals. They are more for hearing impaired.
