Anyone recall who created and maintained the map of counties and had key points on their program details? Must have been a pain to create, worse to keep up with changes, but wow it was a fantastic tool. I can't recall all the data points but it spoke to Inclination (easy to hard to get), Cost, Lead time- those kinds of things.
