California gun ban

In a way, there’s a valid point to this but they made it really restrictive. I won’t shoot at indoor ranges because most don’t maintain their filtration systems. People at indoor ranges are exposed to very high levels of lead if the facility isn’t up to speed on safety. A lot of people including myself have or have had above average lead levels.

Buuuut what a 🍆 move too.
 
I have a nice HK94 I’ve been wanting to bring to CA. Not sure if gun roster and pre ban mean the same thing

Check closely. The HK94 is a rifle. The safe handgun roster don't got nothing to do with rifles.

Check out the Assault Weapon statute. I don't see how you would be able to lawfully import the HK94.

Untrue. As an avid gun owner, I’d like the ability to purchase the same firearms available to the rest of the country and to those with state exemptions.

If said firearms are so dangerous for civilians, why then are state employed civilians allowed to purchase and possess said firearms outside of official duties?

Good for the goose is good for the gander, right?

Or LEO's? While some are very good shooters, most by far are not. Nothing about being a LEO makes you more safe in gun handling.
