CCW and whale watching

I cannot find a definitive answer as to whether you can, with a CCW permit, conceal carry on a whale-watching boat that does not leave US waters, i.e., a 2-hour outing. Does anyone know? Thank you in advance
 
Private charter you're good to go. I think the bigger question and the more pressing question you should have is are you bringing a Sig Sauer Zulu 6 set of binoculars with you? Because that will change your world on a whale watching trip

This would a whale watching boat off of Long Beach or Redondo Beach. Normally I would not consider taking it other than I will have about 8K worth of camera equipment with me. As for binoculars, I 100% agree with you about the Sig Zulu 6, I have a pair and thank you.

They are so dumb. They are effectively magic! I bought a pair personally and we now rent them out because not everybody wants an $1,100 set of binoculars but on a trip like that or a special bird watching trip, it's nice to have as a rental

I got lucky, I got mine for $785 a few years ago. I have used them on safaris.
