That's really going to depend on your IA. The rejection criteria has been significantly limited by SB2 and replaced by the disqualification criteria of PC 26202.

I don't see that the IA could find you disqualified on the basis of a WIC 8103 disability that has been successfully appealed, but I do see that an IA could find you disqualified under PC 26202(a)(1) based on the same circumstances that caused the WIC 5150 committment.
