Competition rigs.

I'm still running my "battle belt". Blue Alpha inner/outer with Esstac Kywi pouches. 3x 40*, 1x double pistol/single rifle, Esstac Magnet, Safariland mid ride drop & QLS system with CTS holster (no retention). Small single pouch with multi tool just in case it's needed.

The rifle pouch is used to carry my cell phone. Haha, folks asked me where I got the cell phone pouch from. It's just an esstac kywi rifle pouch.

I can use this same setup with any division (besides revo). If I use some dense foam cubes I can stick them in front of the kywi inserts in between the insert & cordura and they will hold single stack mags perfectly. This holster works for 1911/2011, and being set up with the QLS, I can swap to a holster for a different pistol in an instant.

Reno told me I can run competition with what I have, so here I am. Somewhere in between tacbro and gamer. Currently not slowing me down, so no plans on going full gamer yet.

Curious what you guys are running. How are traditional belts if you have them? Any sag? I’ve only ran DAA lynx but I’m thinking about getting a traditional DAA premium belt. The American flag one to be exact. Thanks!
Daa ratchet belt, blade tech Kydex holster, stoeger boss hanger, trex mars pouches, amg commander shot timer on a range panda magnet holder, dump pouch, magnet for mag for unload and show clear. Shot timer only on for for training.

DAA Linx Belt with ratchet
DAA X-ray aluminum mag pouches
DAA magnet
Henning T-1000
Red Hill Tactical Glock competition holster

Before this I was running a AWS battle belt with G-Code mag pouches, Safariland UBL/QLS combo and T-Rex Ragnarok holster.

Don't overthink it, measure your waist with a tape measure then get the DAA American flag belt.

Don't be shocked to find out you're fatter than you thought after measuring your waist with a tape.

Also the DAA is very sturdy, I wear it with short shorts that don't have belt loops and it doesn't move around. A big gut help keeps it anchored.

Wow. Revolver. Holy 💩

Saw a guy at Area 5 in Michigan this summer. His license plate? REVGM :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

DAA ratchet Lynx belt, 2 Henning magnet pouches, 1 DAA XiP pouch in back, Range Panda APEX holster. I shoot LO and open.

CO, same set up with a Lytton Custom holster on a BOSS hanger.

PCC, I just slap a ghost PCC mag pouch on my CCW belt in the front for the 20rd whoopsies mag and call it a day.

Tek mount direct mount keeps mounts flush as possible. No rear over lapping attachment to interfere with velcro no need to add additional velcro.

Tek mount disc's mount to any pouch but I use the bladetech velocities. I can go from ds mags to ss mags in 15 seconds and cant pouches at virtually any angle. I can run all pistol all rifle or traditional combo 2/1, 2/2
All within a few seconds.
Oh I misread your post; never not, instead of never.

That’s nice. Have you tried the sausage links to add more Velcro in the back to help with hook to loop from the tek lok on the outer belt to the inner belt? Sausage links was a nice upgrade to help with sag when considering spare mag carriers taking up more space. You can just slip on over the forks of the tek lok, cut out a notch with a fresh utility blade for the belt width tab spacers; where you don’t have to deal with adhesives compared to the T-Rex arms version.

Direct mount tek mount negates all this. Just so we're clear I am talking about tek mount, not tek lok

Damn my brother its 2026 not 2001.

If you ever upgrade and don't want to go direct mount get yourself a BFG CHLK or GRID.

It's not slowing me down at the moment, so it's fairly low on the priorities list of things I would need to change. I'd rather buy or reload more ammo to practice & shoot matches with 😁

Running a DAA (non Lynx) ratchet belt. Guns ride in Safariland mounted to a Stoeger BOSS Hanger via Blade Tech Tek Mount. I've got 2 Tek Lok/Mini Tek Mount at my 10-11 o'clock for pistol, with room to add 1-2 more if I'm shooting lo-cap divisions like L10 or SS.

I leave my 9 o'clock free for a Tek Lok/Offset/Tek Mount combo that I run an HSGI TACO on for rifle reloads for stuff like PCSL 2-Gun.

Switched everything over from a safariland els belt 2 weeks ago. Still have a few tekmount minis to add but this is so far fulfilling my needs. Still gotta add my magnet but pretty sure a cat slapped it under the dishwasher. Gotta find a metal rod to fish it out. RACHET runs 4-6 where I no longer need cuffs or any other bull💩 from my Sam Brown.

This belt is GREAT.

Im not sure its about literal speed per say. But weight and comfort. And for me adaptability is the key. 1911 mags, glock mags, ar mags. Any combination and any angle on the fly with the belt on.

The entire belt setup weighs in at 2lb 8oz, including inner & outer belt with everything you see. It's comfortable and all pouches are velcro'd on. I can change it any time I like for any setup in 2 minutes or less. It also works for competition or any tactical scenarios. Have not found a need to change it.

Again, would be better off buying ammo or reloading ammo with that couple hundred bucks it would cost for a different belt setup.

I've had many belt setups for many years, so I have boxes on boxes of all sorts of different pouches and belt accessories, this belt can use them all from alice clip, one wrap, molle and even the gamer stuff that has more rigid mounting for stuff. It doesn't get much more flexible than that.

I have two of the ratchet belts and like them. It’s nice to be able to easily loosen it between shooting and I was never able to get the all Velcro ones just right.
The wife has the kore belt and that’s definitely my next one.
