Ok, can you make the argument for standardizing a law enforcement agency to a hammer fired double action, single action pistol?

Just curious what’re people’s thoughts…

Probably not a good one. They have to procure for the lower costs options that are easy to maintain and stock parts and accessories for, good enough for the lowest common denominator officer on patrol or trainee, hammer fired guns tend to require more training on the manual of arms and aren't as robust design wise for abuse compared to something like a glock or M&P.
