Department of War now funding...Testosterone?

called it LOL
I never said it's "cheating", so no, you didn't. If you wanna go buy ozempic then go ahead. It's just not a good option since the real solution is lifestyle modification. Where as at a certain point in age your T levels naturally dip and all you can do to get it back up is take more which is why doctors prescribe TRT to older men. Pretty glaringly obvious difference.

I also noticed you had zero comeback to my previous statement, since it's an actual fact, haha. But hey, why stick to those pesky facts when you can justify being a lazy fat F- 💩bag in uniform right? Dudes like that weren't even allowed to try out for my unit, sad to say. Get that PT up

the best way to raise T in someone of any age is to lose adipose tissue and GLP1 meds are one of many ways to do so. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to "comeback" about, you aren't really saying anything. It's like talking to a guy at the bong store about something he heard on the Rogan podcast, you don't know 💩 about F-.

Which branch did you serve in? I guess you know you have nothing to stand on when all you have to reply with are personal attacks haha

Also on TRT; the issue is rarely your testosterone itself. A large majority of people end up finding out what's going on after the fact when the extra testosterone exposes the underlying issue that caused your body to decrease production in the first place. Testosterone is a downstream hormone, after all...

Edit:
Quick list of 💩 that can make T go south off the top of my head:
• Chronic stress
• Bad sleep schedule/lack of sleep
• Lack of iron/ferritin
• Literally any metabolic/dietary deficiencies
• Various medications
• Lack of exercise
• Lack of social interaction

And the list goes way beyond this.
Jocko did a great podcast with a sleep Dr (also a former SEAL) who got hired by the NAVY to figure out why SEALs in their late 20s had such low T. Turns out a lack of sleep and high stress isn't great for you. Part of the issue was the training programs but the Dr also discovered that a lot of the guys were staying up late on their phone and not just because phone addiction. Our sleep cycles are different when we're younger and we naturally want to go to bed later. So the schedule the Navy needed was different than what was optimal for those enlisted.
Very interesting topic and something all men can pay attention to.

Here's the episode
