Crazy series. Rojas tied it up and forced extra innings before Smith got his single shot homer for the go-ahead run. Nice seeing Muncy come alive again with his solo shot earlier in the game.

Was a nail biter until the end! Blue Jays fans were probably shocked thinking they had it in the bag. Actually, that probably goes for everyone. So many twists and turns! The Jays had stellar batting and defense but the Dodger juggernaut found a way through, an amazing comeback!

How close was that force out throw at home by the Dodgers? That Rojas pickup at second base was insane too as he nearly couldn't make the throw, and only millimeters and milliseconds kept the Jays from winning on that play.

Awesome double play to end it after that nerve-wracking last Jays offense too.

I watched both the National League and American League playoffs so it's been a wild ride!

To anyone who thinks the Dodgers bought a championship, I will point out that MLB played 162 games plus playoffs. They didn’t simply award the WS Championship to the team who spent the most money.

Funny comments about the Dodgers being the best team money can buy.... Dodgers, Yankees, Phillies, and Jays were four of the top five payrolls and all made the playoffs, three making the LCS. Only the Mets, with the highest payroll, missed the playoffs. And the Jays had so many chances to win it.

Plus, isn't it team ownership's responsibility to spend money to field the best team? Whining about how much the Dodgers spend reeks of envy more than anything else.

They should do one of how much the respective teams make in marketing dollars off each of those players as well. The ROI on Ohtani, Yamamoto, and Sasaki has been way beyond what even the Dodgers themselves originally anticipated.
