If this gun law is over turned in a dozen or so years it would still be considered a success.

That's how our state government rolls. Time is on their side. You can be sure state lawyers review and give opinions on gun law constitutionality. Even if at risk they are encoded into law anyway thinking they will get a dozen or more years of enforcement out of them.

If over turned, no matter. They have already passed many more laws to get tied up in the courts.

Without court injunctions preventing implementation of questionable laws there will be no relief for citizens here.

It has absolutely nothing to do with crime. Nothing. It has everything to do with demonizing you as a law abiding gun owner.

Just like the ammunition check law. Do you really see criminals lined up around the block to have their eligibility to buy steal ammunition checked?

And the 5 sale transactions per year? I can really see the criminals worrying about selling too many illegally trafficked guns in a year.
