Finally Got Pulled Over with a Gun

Its been about 15 years since I've been pulled over. If i ever do, I'd probably forget that I actually have a CCW and throw my piece out the window after hitting a corner 😆

That seems like an unusual line of questioning.
I wonder what tipped him off.
Maybe it was the giant I❤️HK sticker in your back window.

In my county if they run your name your CCW comes up as part of the info. Dont know if that is standard statewide.

They can run CLETS and see it but he asked before he ran me. He just said "security types usually carry" when I asked how he knew, although I don't do security work ever so idk what he meant by that lol

Were you dressed very grey man?

I don't know anymore, I always thought grey man was the sunglasses flannel guy with grey hiking pants and boots, then reddit now says it's whatever fits your location. I had on a black Baja MX road racing t-shirt from a competition I won in Mexico, grey Adidas gym shorts, no glasses, tennis shoes, Garmin watch. lol.

Maybe?

Sometimes it's also just the body language and haircut/facial hair (or lackthereof). Idk, not being there I won't speculate overly.

Or the GWOT veteran hat lmao. I go back and forth between clean cut and my 2008 emo haircut but right now it's kinda long. I have a little beard going but usually clean shaven; But is that a gray man fit or no xD

I've beaten 6-7 tickets some with affirmative defense. I do know of which I speak. :) Granted, this is over the course of at least 15 years.
Dang I gotta hire you, though I've only gotten one speeding ticket in my life before this

Haha, I have some hard-won knowledge and I'm not a lawyer, but I can share knowledge right? None of it would be legal advice of course.

The origin story that "created the monster" was an obvious speed trap in Milpitas. About five people pulled over, a few cops gathered in the speed trap zone, one cop out of uniform with RADAR or LIDAR, another running into the street to stop people, and an artificially low speed limit citing non-existing construction as a reason for the lowered speed limit below the 85th percentile. I beat the ticket AND they raised the limit back up.

...and that was my first victory. :)

Maybe your car got Flocked and the motor cop did a search and dug up that you had a CCW.

j/k
