I posted a few weeks about about my Kel-Tec Sub 2000 here. I dont know if the magazines were bubkis, as I gave them away after hearing all bad reviews about them. And I dont have any regrets about that. One of our fellow caguns.net folks reached out, and sold me some magpul mags. I took those out, and had basically all the same issues as the first time. So I was feeling like this gun was just a 
pile, and was rather dissapointed.
But I did a bit more research after that second bad trip to the range. And I found a lot of random forums where people said (and I'm paraphrasing) "Kel-tec manuals specifically say not to use Aluminum Casing Ammo". I saw at least a half dozen people who said that. I took that info, and drilled in to the Kel-tec website. I absolutely couldnt find a single thing that indidcated they don't support Aluminum ammo. I had read the manual before the gun arrived. I never saw that in the manual. But I re-read it again. And again, I found absolutely no reference to this.
But regardless of me not being able to actually confirm that detail, I decided I was going to give it one last try. I loaded up the magpul mags with all brass casing rounds. I should probably say I have a small cache of aluminum casing ammo that I bought by mistake. I'm just trying to burn through it, and then never order it again. I have lots of boxes of Brass that I've been saving for later. So I pulled one of those boxes up, and filled all of mags up. I took it out today, and holy crap was it a total night and day experience. That thing braps like nobodies business. Let a few of the guys on the firing line try it out. Everyone thought it was awesome.
So yeah, its very particular about not using Aluminum cased ammo. It fires way nicer than I even thought it would when I bought it. I'd say is pretty impressive. So I guess its time to buy an optic for it.
