I know the difference between a magazine and a tube. Tubes are exempt. See the post kindly offered by another thread contributor.
As you mention, certain .22LR firearms that have tubes could contain greater than 10 rounds. Same as a Kel-Tec or like bull pup shotgun that has multiple tubes and/or using mini-shells. But that wasn't the subject of my response.
Magazines more than ten? Only if Freedom week, as I mentioned.
