Oh I have this planned.

I'm ordering from out-of-state companies who have stock and will ship to my local FFL (especially Gunbroker, or some of the smaller online retailers who don't mind just charging Californians who don't understand the roster restock fees in the past), and then I'm paying to have them sent overnight to start the DROS process the next business day. Then I'm calling shops in AZ and NV and seeing what they say about their laws and state guidance and if it changes, and if driving to PHX/LV is worth it (probably not, but I plan for both the best and worst case scenario)
