Glock 19 Gen 3 CA used Value?

I very recently purchased a used G19 gen 3 through the classified section. It was my first transaction through this site. I had a few, very positive, transactions through the Cal site. The gun had a very low round count , was in excellent condition, came with a Tier1 holster, stream light, and upgraded sights for $700 (his very fair asking price). And he brought a bottle of wine to seal the deal. Great deals and great people are out there!

I saw a 19.6 on consignment at an LGS the other day listed for $2800. Approaching $3400 with tax + DROS. Just flat out insane.
