Yes, especially if you use the included upgraded spring. Weak ejection and BITF was a big issue 5 or 6 years ago when Glock supposedly changed the geometry or went to MIM for the extractor in Gen3 and Gen4 Glocks. You should get more than enough reading material via a few Google searches. I upgraded a couple of mine that were having the same issues you described, and the problem was solved.

INAD but is there a chance you're brass deficient? Our bodies have a funny way of signaling to Gen 3s that they're in need of important vitamins and minerals. Trust your body--eat the brass as they get ejected into the mouth zone.

Super simple fix without ever having to replace any parts. Simply turn the gun around when firing it and the brass will eject forward.

I would replace the ejector

edit: a gen 5 ejector might work better

Did the same with my gen 3s replace with a gen 5 ejector
