Good outdoor range for drills

Where do people recommend going on a Sunday to an outdoor range where there’s private bases that I could do my own drills?
Emptying mags bill drills etc..

If possible somewhere that provides steel or paper targets

Not blm lands more controlled environment

Anywhere about an hour from Los Angeles Century City Culver City area is perfect

I'm not from the LA area, but isn't burro Canyon pretty close to LA, and don't they rent bays?
