Double strike, still a hammer gun. I’ve shot the LEM back to back with my VP9’s. They are a different thing, kind of weird unless you have the option to try them all right there.I want it for the DA SA. Never shot a LEM trigger but if it’s supposed to be like a striker fired feel then why not just get a VP9K
Want ccw enclosed for your new toy?@Gawernator Vortex ?![]()

Man, that’s insane!I wanted the FDE but it went for $1050 which is insane
The Vortex enclosed are solid. They are one of the few ones they allow at one of the agencies in my area.Bear talked me into his optic… should look like this after it’s done
Who does the optic cut on the P2000's? I heard the firing pin channel is so shallow they cannot do it.
I believe that’s what people do, is swap baseplates or modify the baseplate. I will look into it. Ironically the P2000SK can take the 12 and 15 round mags with zero mods ..That's the problem with HKs. They tend to multiply
The P2000 is a solid pistol, I carried one for years, and ran one through a two day and 800 round Larry Vickers class quite a while back. Still have two of them, one in 9mm and one in 357 Sig and thinking of taking them along while I have RSO duty this weekend and shooting them if there's a gap with no one there. Both of mine are LEM. Only thing I've done to my triggers is replace the OEM sear spring with the nickel plated one which smoothes things out just a bit. HKs are slightly finicky to work on but very possible with patience and good organization aka make sure you put all those tiny parts in a logical order. Getting the trigger return spring back in will make you think of some new curse words.
For me, grip tape is essential. I like the grip shape, it's just easier to hang onto with a little texture especially in rainy season.
One curiosity, the 10-round magazine bodies are identical for the P2000 in 9mm and the VP9K. The P2000 mags fit in my VP9K, but VP9K mags don't quite seat in a P2000. If the baseplates were swapped, they would fit, don't know if there is any difference in the internals. Which raises the theoretical question, is this also true for the standard capacity mags, and if so, would a 15-round VP9K mag take a P2000 baseplate and then fit? Since I only have 10-round mags no way for me to check.
I’m gonna order that asap. I have it in my p2000sk and it makes the trigger wayyyy better.Nice acquisition. I highly recommend the Gray Guns short reset trigger kit. Smooths out the trigger pull and improves the reset. Mine trades off carry time with my Glock 32 and Walther PPK/S.

9mm are being sold all day on gunbrokerI need to get an SK. I’d love a .357 Sig variant but those are insanely rare.
