Gray guns has a superb reputation; some of my guns have been there to improve their triggers. For him, the reputational damage might be serious enough to worry about. On the other hand, his company is so insanely busy, it might make no difference.

So? Patent holders (of various items) for use of their patent/IP typically get more money up front, some up front and an annuity, or a larger annuity. Yawn. No boogieman behind door #1, 2 or 3. Show us otherwise with Gray Guns.

Bruce got caught with his pants down by calling people online idiots for saying the p320 wasnt drop safe prior to the recall.

Whether he is was willfully ignorant because of monetary reasons, pride or just was flat out wrong it doesnt matter.

He has no credibility regarding the safety of the p320 after that.

I didn't bother to watch his videos. I'm calling him an unreliable source and thus his videos aren't worthing watching.

One unique, at least to my knowledge, design for P320 fire control unit is that trigger, sear, striker block are all moveable by each other. Typically, only trigger can move sear and striker block lever, sear and striker block lever cannot move the trigger. In P320, pushing down the sear will move the trigger and move the strike block lever. Moving the striker block lever will also move the trigger and the sear.
