Any opinions are appreciated. Looks like Tokyo or Kokura armory but I can’t make sense of the serial number. Not in great shape but matches my type 38 pretty well.

So my confusion was all I could find said it should have a series mark followed by five digits……
But early Tokyo numbered actual through 3.? Million. So looks to be pre 1924? Thanks.
