Most readily available are the Fattac Holster or Fat Guy? holster from JX Tactical. I used to get them from a company called tactical justice because they were cheaper and made them for my preferred light which is less common, but I don't think they're in business anymore
I'm sure there are others out there, those are just the ones I have experience with

If you ever decide to try again, I'd recommend a deep concealment holster. I'm a big guy and not all holsters work. But with deep concealment holsters it is very easy for me to carry aiwb all day long. I sometimes have to drive 6-8 hours in a day for work and have no issue with it

I just don't feel comfortable with the grip of the firearm being so low and deep.

Can you share your setup? i'm experimenting with different setups myself and ive umm, grown quite a bit in the frontal area to where AIWB doesn't work well.

I like the trex arms ironside hybrid and I carry it 3 or 4 o clock depending on what I'm wearing.

Yeah when I first made the switch I thought the same thing. Just took some practice and I can draw consistently and it's not an issue. Plus I can comfortably carry this way on my long drives and I can carry no matter what kind of clothing
Obviously this won't be the right answer for everyone, just another option

AIWB. The same way I practice for competitions too.

Though I do understand that it doesn’t work if you have a gut. Makes carrying rather painful even.

AIWB only works imo if you have broad shoulders and minimal gut, plus loose fitting tees. Otherwise it’s a chore to make it work

With all the folks scurrying around with backpacks today, only a tightly-wound individual would be fretting about what's inside. In real life, no one knows, and no one cares. Here's a hypothetical story about a hypothetical guy that hypothetically happened many years ago. We'll call the guy Dusty Ion. He was always curious about the Sneaky Pete holster he was sporting at the time. No one ever raised an eyebrow, but still. It was 4 a.m. in a fancy-pants building on Will Sure Boulevard in a fancy-pants town called Bavarian Mills. He and another guy were in the lobby. Rare antiquities lined the walls. Alarms were blaring inside and out. The autodialers had all been disconnected as to not alert the authorities, but a concerned citizen had phoned it in. Before long, Five-O rolled up and wanted to know what was going on. Dusty's counterpart was closer to the po-pos, so he just casually leaned against the wall and watched as everyone else did the talking. When the men in blue were assured that everything was cool and going according to plan, they got back in their cruisers and headed off for their morning truffle croissants and cold-pressed Panama Gesha coffee. Afterwards, Mister Ion was amused that no one seemed to care about the holster that the forum wonks had labeled as a dead-giveaway. The takeaway is that a well-curated ensemble will obscure the obvious, even if it's in plain sight.

With a bin full of failed holsters I've settled on Black Arch Holster for both IWB and OWB. 5'8" 190 with a belly and these work best for me.
