How to buy firearms on base

Best to call your local base exchange and ask.

I've had a lot of customers try to get me price match non CA compliant guns they tell me they can order online.
Later they typically come back and give me stories that don't make sense and buy from me.

Best I have heard is even though the land is federally they are still in CA and need to follow CA laws. There was a thing a while back where an indian reservation was going to get a FFL but they also backed out due to CA issues and they had Reservation Laywers trying to get it sorted.
