Toyota with very heavy internal locking boxes bolted/welded to the frame. Similar setup in a Jeep. To a casual observer it looks like a dog bed.

With a quad cab Tundra I sacrificed the back seat to build secure storage. I also have a storage platform with 6’ pullout locking drawers bolted in the bed. Locking the tailgate makes breaking into these drawers more difficult. Newer vehicles have great secure storage options that a lot of law enforcement agencies use.

Options are only limited by your credit card limit and pain threshold. Buy once cry once, but good security is priceless.

I wish there were more available storage/security options for my car, but it’s not generally something most people who buy this car (Audi S5) would care about. I’m thinking of fabricating something to go in the massive rear trunk area and the secret little pistol-sized compartment under the steering wheel dash area. Unfortunately it wouldn’t be “DOJ certified” so technically I couldn’t lock a loaded CCW pistol in there when I have to leave it in the car

listen carefully guys!

When Wolkenflieger has a strong opinion you better listen as that is the only that matters. So when he hears you violate the 3 second period shot rule at the range. He will stop what he is doing (from the furthest bay) and stroll up to you in his super tight short shorts to remind you about the rules. Keep in mind that he doesn't even work there, but will scream up and down that he knows the land owner and will have you banned from the range. This makes Wolkenflieger predictable, so when you see him at the range or the HOA meeting just know he is there for business.
