Is the SIG P320 really that DANGEROUS? We found out!😳

In fact, Claude said that the existence of the P320 with a safety has been used as evidence against Sig, suggesting that Sig knew the non-safety versions were not safe enough.

If there is ever a case of an uncommanded discharge of a P320 with the safety engaged, that would be very big news. Some people suggest the safety is inadequate since it doesn't block sear movement. So far, I've not seen any evidence of that being true.

No......you have California versions that were specifically made to comply with the Roster and are not the same as the standard version found here. If you were to buy a standard 320 (that would not sell here) in California, you would pay a premium for it.

I never understood how different the gun market was in California till I moved. You can walk in to any store that buys guns with a gen 3 glock and sell it, you can list it on this site and probably get more than you paid because of CA specific laws. In free America you can't do that. Any store that buys/trades has too many gathering dust and won't take it, and forget about finding a private buyer for a fen 3 glock. I went in to a retail store and bought a new glock 43 for $300 out the door just because they wanted it gone.

The laws in California make guns more expensive and change the market to favor the seller.

Well yeah Glocks are cheap throwaway guns lol only in CA are they expensive
 
I've had zero issues with my X5 Legion and it shoots great. I'm going to list it for sale in the next couple of days anyways though to make space for some recent purchases.

Im am no expert at best I'm one of those guys who has owned guns for a long time and I think i know more then i do:) however I really like the Glock because it is so much easier for me to shoot accurately then all other pistols. I have never fired an atlas or a staccato but over the last 25 years i owned and or fired a whole lot of hand guns and nothing works better for me then my Glock 19. That being said anything further then 12 feet away I'm not hitting anyways lol. Im sure if your a natural shooter or a very tall person the weight of the gun is not a factor but at least in my experience it is .
