I search for off roster pistols in certain geo locations and was curious if there's a way to save a classifieds search to run periodically without having to set the filters again. TIA!

Starting Monday, the free Classifieds ad limit will be lowered from 3 to 2 active ads.
Verified accounts will keep their limit of 3. All other account limits stay the same.
Existing ads are not affected and will remain up until they expire.

Question Is there a way to save a search in the classifieds section?

This is being spec'd out for development. This is an upgrade feature that requires the subscription as a CAguns Supporter since it uses a lot of cpu to scan every listing to see if keywords & custom fields match. This is something we're paying to develop and maintain. Plus the operational costs for the added CPU requirement. Not sure when this is coming out @ikeo1 knows more. We also have to test it before releasing it.

This would be awesome. Even better if you can trigger a notification of a search query. I'd like to put in my city so I know what comes up in the marketplace when listed.

After talking with the developer. Notifications are currently off the table. It's a bit too complicated and won't be in real time. It would only run on set intervals and would put a lot of load on the system. On top of that maintenance would be pretty tough too. We may implement saved searches without notifications since that's simpler to manage and deploy. I was hoping for realtime saved search with notifications but we don't make enough to justify the development cost or operating costs.
There would still be a limit on the number of saved searches as well. I'm still discussing with the team to see what the best approach is. We may have to wait til we do our big upgrade before we get this in, but i want to say saved search is definitely on the road map. I'm also trying to get auto-bump eventually.
