Is This the Staccato HD XC?

Staccato's Instagram page just posted a preview of what's to come for 2026. There's space forward of the front sight so I'm assuming that's a comp. There are 3 picatinny slots which is the same as the P4 so I'm assuming it's a 4" gun whereas the P4.5 has 4 picatinny slots. I'm guessing it's utilizing the C3.6 slide and comp to make 4" overall.

If my guesses are all true then I'm glad I waited instead of jumping on the P4 or C3.6

Yea they don't want to roll out P4.5 length comp too soon so that's that.

It kinda looks like it could be a comp but I would think if it was there would be some smoke going up and not just out but maybe it was edited

I think even a year back there were leaks of a comped sight block version going about and it was on staccatos instagram story.

HD, you can tell because red dot is behind the iron sight. HD doesn't come in compensated yet.

Right, I know it’s an HD because it says so the subject

You can tell by the placement of the front sight that this gun is compensated hence a compensated HD getting announced on 1/20/26
