No they’re completely illegal unless used by law enforcement in California and some other states. You can’t use any projectile chemical weapons at all like that here. Pepper spray is way more effective and cheaper as well.What? Isn’t that just a in public thing; where you are not allowed to launch projectiles within an incorporated area.
Counter intuitive example…. we are allowed to concealed carry a taser pulse x because it doesn’t launch a projectile; it’s not a projectile since the spring is holding the two claws which need to make contact.
Within the home; it shouldn’t be a problem? I havnt found anything prohibiting possession even within the home for self defense? You are not carrying it in public?
