Looking to hire GUNSMITH @ ShootSoCal Firearms, Fullerton CA

We are looking for a self motivated, self managing, experienced gunsmith.
1-2 years professional experience required.
Must be able to clean, assemble, disassemble, repair and customize guns & parts.
Cerakote experience is a plus
Machine (mill/lathe) experience is a plus.
Must be able to obtain a DOJ Certificate of Eligibility (must be able to possess firearms)
Duties will include general gunsmithing, invoicing, test firing, diagnostics, & manufacturing.

Pay is flexible, based on experience ($20-$25+)
1 week PTO 1st year, 2 weeks a year after.

You are probably right.
As a 35 year experienced machinist, I forget about how little I knew the first year or two.
Someone with only 1-2 years is not that experienced so not worth what a 10+ year guy is.
