Locally acquired BYF41 Luger, frame and slide mismatch, although toggle, firing pin, and side plate all match the frame. Unmarked grips and mismatch mag. Couldn’t resist for the price (800 pre tax). Didn’t know until I picked the gun up after my 10 day wait but it may have previously been an evidence gun (see photo of box) I looked up both the case number and suspect names on the box and didn’t see anything, nor did I see any murders listed locally for the date this was booked into evidence. Overall very happy and didn’t not expect to find a Luger 5 miles from where I live at an affordable price.
