Have you read their Customer Affadavit? It includes:

2. By selling or delivering ammunition to me, Ammo Supply Warehouse is not violating any state or local law or ordinance.

Why do you suppose they include that? Personally, I don't see it as an issue, but it's clearly a move to indemnify themselves and shift full burden onto the purchaser should there be any legal blowback on a sale.

You insinuating that Velocity will ship to your door without a FFL03+COE? That’s not been my experience at all, and have actually had them hold up multiple orders pending receipt of my docs, even after I’ve emailed them previously.

It's been over a month, almost six weeks I think since ordering and I've heard no shipment or request for docs. Probably will just cancel next week.

That’s just insane! No reason for such crazy delays other than they just don’t actually have the product on hand when they list it for sale.

That's exactly what they do unfortunately. When I inquired about my order they said it would arrive in a couple weeks and ship out a few days after, essentially they presold ammo they didn't yet have.

Literally just told people how to ILLEGALLY acquired ammo and probably just ruined it for people in the “if you know, you know”

Then, the buyer agrees to the Customer Affadavit #2:

I still can't wrap my head around how many people are willing to provide their name, address, and credit card information on a digital trail for an illegal activity. ASW will not go out of their way to protect you, if it's between saving themselves or their customers, they will choose themselves every time.

As others said, just get your ffl03/COE, and have the freedom to get ammo from more vendors at cheaper prices without the worry of legal repercussions.

Honestly, the 3 in 30 days thing is more for my financial safeguard so I kinda like that rule for MYSELF…wish they had this rule on GOLF gear

Typically buying bulk saves you like 20%.

Buy direct and ship to local FFL, give them a call to let them know ammo coming in, it gets shipped to them, pay a small fee to the FFL, pickup when they call and DONE!

Cheaper if you buy a year’s worth
1,000 rds might be 50 cents
10,000 rds might be 40 cents (200 rounds per week for 50 weeks)

But $500 vs $4,000 is significant!

Because they aren't in CA, and federal court won't enforce unconstitutional CA laws so there is really no recourse for the state. Velocity ammo and others also direct ship to CA

Most likely it’s just not politically favorable right now, state is broke, with the ammo law in the courts enforcement isn’t as clear cut. And we have a Republican federal government currently
