Multi State CCW Training?

Not sure about SGV, but if you hold a valid CA CCW, you can use (along with a rolled fingerprint sheet) to apply for an Arizona non-resident CCW. IIRC, Arizona will also issue non-resident CCW if you've taken other NRA approved courses as well.
If you're interested in a non-resident Utah CCW, ASDI (Armed Self-Defense Institute) hosts classes all around the country. I don't see any in SoCal, but I'm sure you can contact them and they will let you know. ASDI also has non-resident CCW courses for other states, though Arizona, Utah, and Florida are usually the "big 3".
