it's a trend. In the past 2 weeks I tried ordering grips, safety selector and a trigger from 3 different websites which said "this item is restricted in your state, remove from shopping cart".
there are websites willing to work with this stupid new law but it limits our options, is cumbersome and makes it impossible to get the best price.

Shop with a different vendor. Republic Ammo was having free hazmat last week so I ordered powder and primers with no problems. Components aren't restricted.........yet. It's sad that out of state vendors get so confused about these laws ( as well as us ) that it becomes easier to just go into some sort of default mode and quit selling anything firearms related to CA.

It’s becoming a trend to just ignore California as a customer base. Gunbroker listings I’ve been seeing an uptick in “this seller does not ship to California” it will probably get worse

On a hedspace gauge for an antique cartage? you have to be F-ing kidding me, nobody is building 100 year old guns. guess I just use the old string and a sandbag to check my headspace
