It will have to have a CLI and MDM to get on the roster. Personally, if the MDM is easily removable, it's optic ready, has a better trigger, and doesn't have finger grooves, I think it's superior to a gen 3. I could honestly care less about a CLI. My 100-year-old German Lugers have CLIs. Are they necessary? No. Do I give a chit? No. Glocks are tools, not art pieces. You want something that looks pretty, get a 1911. Besides, it's not going to take long before everyone and their brother starts offering compatible parts and services to trick these ponies out a la Zev circa 2010s.A reworked trigger and slide is fine but will the CA version also have an LCI and a mag disconnect? Is so then some would say the gen 3 is superior.
