Just joined and am looking forward to buying and selling! I was a supporter of the other forum for over 10 years but lately it seems to not like me accessing it 🤷‍♂️
Saw this site thru a G**gle search and voila!
I live in NorCal and am an avid Sig, HK, Larue fan. I used to shoot at Jackson Arms until they left and have since been going to Reed's.
Thanks for having this site! Cheers!

Hey Kids.

Migrating over/giving up on Calguns.net after over a decade.

Been on Enos for almost 20 years, as well as Rokslide, Coueswhitetail, and Snipers Hide for many years as well. I usually only go to the brand specific forums when I need a specific question answered.

Posting from the free state of Arizona.

Always been big into the action pistol sports and tacticool rifle stuff, but I've just really gotten into long range shooting w/ 3 new custom rifles. I have a buddy who builds race car engines as a profession and custom rifles as a hobby/side hustle. He's probably the best gun builder in America that no one knows about.

Picture is at 200 yards from the 6 GT he built me. Yes that's a little over a 1/4 minute at 200. Yes it will do that all day ever day. It's actually 2 three round groups suppressed and unsuppressed. And yes, I need to come one click right.

Let me know if you're looking for a custom rifle. He's kind of pain in the ass, but he's a good dude. And he builds amazing guns. Next to Brian Litz, not sure I've ever met someone with a mind for long range shooting like him.

Been reloading for about 15 years or so to fuel the habit. Started with a Dillon 550. Got a XL650 with case and bullet feeder. And just purchased a Super 1050 for .223/300 BO on their BF sale. (tired of the Dillon Super Swager). I'm lucky I live about 2 miles down the street from the Dillon showroom.

Greetings, My I am a new Member living in Los Osos.

I am a full time bladesmith for the past 18+years, specializing in Kitchen and Camping knives...
...... and have been making art and knives by hand for over 40-years.

I got back into shooting as a hobby and am stoked to find this community. I grew up shooting mostly rifles and decided to give handgun platforms a try...settled on the Sig Sauer P226 as my place to start and am having tons of fun.

Looking forward to meeting more of you as time goes on.

Blessings to you All for a Wonderful Holiday Season.

Welcome everyone!

A lot of folks from Calguns lately, what's been going on over there? Last I heard they had a new team working on it...

I guess they got a new server, but hasn't really seemed to solve the problem. The website works about 50/50 at best. Format is archaic.

Hello all,

New to the forum here, I've been a member on Calguns for many years but not sure what happened to that forum. Looking forwards to being a member here. TP

Hey yall. I found this while trying to figure out wtf happened to calguns, apparently they are using windows95 on the Space station.
I was there starting in 2008 or 2009. I don’t live in CA anymore but I miss the old forum. 🍻 if you’re one of the OGs.

That is extremely unlikely. Windows 95 is a PC operating system, not even a Server OS. Windows 95 does not have the capability to operate a web service anywhere near the size of Calguns.

Hi everyone! Excited to join the community, learn new tricks and probably end up spending more money than I planned.

What I’m saying is calguns is horrible. It takes so long to load the homepage that it times-out.

Hi! I just joined. Found mention of this site while browsing where to find used guns / rifles. I hope to hunt someday, but have never had the opportunity. All my firearm knowledge comes from my 20-years of service in the Army. I've fired the M16 enough times, qualified as Sharpshooter (expert one time). I own two 9mm hand guns and an AR15. From what I have researched, it looks like a 30.06 is a strong choice for hunting. A cousin suggested taking a hunter safety course, which I am looking into. My purpose for signing up is to find advice and possibly sales for a hunting rifle. I don't require new. A responsible gun owner who maintained a rifle is more than sufficient in my opinion, and possibly more cost effective. S

My next question is, can I post a classified "Looking For" 30.06 used? And I am open to learning about other calibers as I am that un=educated about hunting. 308, 265, there's so much to learn. Thanks all.

Hi all, joined due to a friend and calguns slowly being worse/not functioning. I am in the oc area but travel to south east Asia and Europe for work.I collect mostly HK/FN/CZ but also aks and enjoy cars primarily Hondas and bmw’s.

Hello, I came over from calguns.net. I was a long time member over there, bought some stuff and sold some stuff. Not much of a poster but I did read and learn a lot of what I needed.
I'm glad this site is picking up the torch for CA gun owners and enthusiasts

Hey, everyone. Got into firearms about a year ago. I have two as of now; a CZ P09 Nocturne, and a CZ 75D. I'm looking for a Glock 44 for the wife. She's on the fence about a Sig 322, but loved the Glock.

Hello - found this website through Reddit. I just returned to shooting this year, shot competitively in college, and now am far enough along in life now to afford an expensive sport! Started by buying a Glock 19 G3 in January, and at this point have added some .22 target pistols (Ruger, GSG), couple different 9mm striker fired (S&W, Rost Martin), 1911s in .45 ACP and 9mm (SA, Kimber), a Girsan hi-power clone (any advice on making that trigger better??), and my first shot gun. Always looking for something interesting and different. Born in CA, lived in ID for a few years, now returned to the Golden State and been in the East Bay for 11 years. My “home” base is the San Leandro Rifle & Pistol Range; have also visited the Elite Armory range in Tracy and the Los Altos Rod and Gun Club, both worth the drive. Would love to try out skeet and/or trap shooting, if anyone has suggestions there I’d appreciate it. Thanks!

Hey all!

Great website. I'm in San Diego.

I like shooting at Southbay Rod and Gun but will find myself a P2K and Discount Gun Mart as well.

Love shooting CZs and am in the process of getting my CCW. I've recently gotten my family into shooting as well. In my stable is a cajunized SP01, stock P01 (my CCW gun), Mossberg JM 930pro (with marine tube and SBE piston, of course). Looking to sell my SA 1911 9mm loaded target at the moment. Also, my wife has a Hellcat Pro.

Love watching anything Bob Vogel and Jerry Miculek. Cheers!
