Yo! San Diego. Years on Calguns previously. Stumbled on this and happy I did. I’m usually collecting, restoring, and shooting the old mil-surp rifles which I love.

Late to the intro, but NorCal reporting in - found the forum from Reddit and some guys at my local range mentioning it.

Got more into firearms July last year and started putting in a bunch of range time in the months since, found I have a knack for it and am now considering trying my hand at competing, knowing there's a lot of great shooters out there that would be cool to learn from. With that said I picked up a Shadow 2 and feel like it would be a disservice not taking it out for a comp eventually lol.

Watch a lot of guntubers, usually to hear their opinions on guns I already own also trying to fight off the urge to go down the 2011 rabbit hole.

TL;DR I walked away from CGN several years ago,
recently went back, found out the website/forum is a hot mess, and decided
coming here is better.

I am a salty, grumpy U.S. Army veteran sick of the BS of being encroached on our 2A by the PRK.

Currently, I am a store manager of a milsurp store in Orange County, if there is interest I can arrange exclusive deals
in camo clothes, tactical gear, and milsurp goods, perhaps in a For-Sale thread if that is allowed here.

Hello, been on here since April 2025 and realized I never did a new member intro. Was also a Calgunner refugee that hopped over after that site became unusable.

Been really liking this site because its clean and works and can actually pop in and out and check the classifieds like I used to at the other place.

Home range is North Bay Area, usually Metcaf and shooting with the Manzano Tactical classes/groups, and trying to do more USPSA compa at Linden. Done a mix of tactical and performance shooting/USPSA courses around CA.
