Average monthly plinker and HK fan here. Always trying to be more proficient and learn with my tools.

Based in Socal and come from CG. I peruse threads on Reddit, CG, and watch 2A content on Youtube.

@ikeo1 and the caguns team great work on the website! I'm in the IT field and can tell this website is well made. Excited to use this site going forward and will recommend it to others.

I think I never introduced myself in this thread. Been a member here since early on, mid April. Live near the SF Bay Area (a.k.a. Silly Valley). I've owned guns in California since about 2000 or so. Joined Calguns when Ramon still ran it (with this treelogger screen name, which has since been banned several times over by Kestryll, as he hates outspoken liberals). Somewhat active on the CAguns reddit, and if I had an account on Calguns, I wouldn't tell anyone about it.

Was part of the OLL revolution, buying a handful lowers between Thanksgiving and Christmas 2005. Did some pro-gun activism in Sacramento, before that field was taken over by scammers and egomaniacs like Brandon and Gene. After a severe hand injury about a decade ago (my trigger finger was in pieces on the operating table, but fortunately was mostly rebuilt), I stopped shooting for a while, but today I'm back at it occasionally. I have both long- and handguns, not a large collection, but enough to have fun. Including a few BBRAWs.
 
calguns transplant - just saw link to this place from the calguns facebook group. longtime member of that forum (I think circa 2008). I own an FFL with the same name as my username in Fremont. Just looking for another source to keep up with news and events in the 2A world.
 
Hi everyone. I've been on Calguns for 10+ years, but I'm not online all that much. Followed the Reddit trail here, feel like I am late to a party. I'm glad someone stepped up.

I'm down in San Diego. In my days before kids, I used to do a lot of 3-Gun. I've recently made the switch to PRS/long range and have really enjoyed the learning curve.

Found this site through Reddit and I love the progress being made, site looks awesome. Had 80+ sales on the GunAccessoriesForSale subreddit but the Reddit overlords decided to perma ban me lol… this is cool for now, don’t do too much AR building nowadays so I’m hanging out with the few builds I have. I’ll be here to see what the future brings for this site! Hope you guys continue to build and promote it!
 
We started rolling out the pacman ghost badge for calgunners in this thread. You'll notice we went with the pacman version since it's more old school and hopefully respectful to Calgunners and CGN light blue.

We have our verified Calguns Jedi version but again we want people to collab and share here with the free one. There's no need for any of us vs them. We're here cause we want to learn or share about 2A and grow the space and educate and bring in people to this hobby for self defense and sport.

Please help us grow by spreading the word.

Let us know what you want to see here and we'll do our best to make things happen here. You can also request for the badge in your account verification badge requests. We'll see if we can make this community more engaging and bring back some fun & community to the space.

Hanging out in the Bay Area as a dog trainer. Mainly focusing on pet obedience and behavior modification. Dog sport of choice is retriever hunting training and scent work.

Mainly going to share this account with my husband since he’s not a big computer fan.
