OAL requirements and SCOTUS AWB case

Curious if the AWB case the Supreme Court has goes our way if it would have any effect on the OAL requirements the state has for long guns IE would side folders be on the menu? Hoping someone who’s more knowledgeable on the nuances of Californias AWB would have input on this.
 
Is it cool and fun? Probably not.

Sure hope so though
 
CA restrictions on OAL being 30 inches is just regarding AW's
Rimfire/Bolt Action, ect, can be 26 inches or greater.

Depending on the ruling it will determine what CA can or can't restrict. You just hope its crystal clear to where CADOJ will loose any challenges they try to put in place.

Like Bruin and ca immediately passing SB2 cause its "different"
CADOJ will trying to find a work around ban just like we try to find a work around their ban.

He's referring to Viramontes, which is the AWB. Jensen is the NFA case
