Open Carry?

When I went to Vegas I took my gun specifically to open carry. I did not like it one bit. Constantly looking over my shoulder. I had it at 3 o'clock and in a level 3 holster. Did not feel comfortable

Oh I like these "Guess what's wrong in the picture" games. Let's see . . .
  1. He is in an open carry state!
  2. Wearing "🍆ey" brand pants with Van shoes seems out of place and just wrong!
  3. The tire on the shopping cart is stuck leaving a right hand skid mark!
  4. His shirt is tucked in to tight, he's hiding something!

Get an AZ CCW, covers Nevada among others, and they accept your Cali training.
 
If he was carrying at 3 o clock it would be fine tbh. But your back seems stupid for multiple reasons

Not really.. it was the default mode of carry for a long time for Americans and still is for some.

Usually it’s anti gun people that don’t want open carry to be legal because they want to pretend it stops people from having guns around them.

It’s ironic how CCW went from being dishonest to more of the norm due to Karen culture taking over

"Yes, I will willfully showcase to every person around me, including hypothetical bad guy that I am carrying a gun"

The only people open carrying are boomers, auditors trying to get YT content/settlements from Police, and those who want attention (goes partly with the auditors)

If people actually cared about being able to protect themselves and others in public and private spaces you'd do it without others knowing. Open carry brings nothing but issues for the person doing the open carrying and the people around them.

I could be in the most gun free state in the country, if I see someone open carrying my eyes go straight to them and won't be taken off of them until either I leave or they do. It has literally no purpose besides the hypothetical "bad guy sees me open carrying so now he won't rob the store anymore" I could be ignorant here but I'd love to see a case of that hypothetical coming true

By your logic cops and military shouldn't open carry then, lol. You're just hung up on it because of growing up with anti-gun brainwashing. If you go outside into real life what you said doesn't happen. You can open carry in Whataburger with a full size 1911 and nobody will blink or care. If someone wants to openly carry, doesn't bother me. I saw a detective open carrying 4 o clock yesterday in the county... you should go stare him down like you said would. haha

Considering places like gun stores with open carry and private individuals are almost never robbed, it's almost always unarmed people, I guess you don't need the hypothetical when we can see the facts. Unless you have evidence contrary? Or you just don't like seeing guns so you stare at them? Seems like you're just scared of "bad guys" tbh.
 
How would you prove that one… a presence of the contrary? More robberies happen when someone is open carrying than not?

A poll for all convicts. If you want to rob a store and see a feller with a beer gut and veteran hat open carrying.

Do you :

A. proceed to rob the place
B. shoot him first
C. use his gun
D. All the above
E. leave and rob someone else.
F. learn to be a good citizen.

I think you're very clearly missing the nuance of them being LE or Military dude. I really didn't think I would need to specify civilians open carrying in my original reply to you but here we are

As a convict I'd pick E.

Most thieves are just desperate or on drugs, a lot of sheltered online people don't understand the reality of these real life situations it seems. Very very rare for a thief to come in guns blazing just shooting people they see. In reality they're going to have tunnel vision and want to get in and out as fast as they can
