Wife is finally moving back in from a long a absence on the East Coast. I get an entire closet for all my guns and airsoft stuff. Any ideas on how to utilize this space? Amazon links and ideas are appreciated.

This space is under-utilized but I'm sure that's why you're looking for ideas.
Is your safe in here somewhere? If not, I would build out the space around a safe. If this closet is effectively your "safe" then you have all kinds of options that could include long gun storage, pistol storage, and space for ammo with the proviso that any shelving needs to be able to handle the weight.
Consider some stud-mounted shelves that utilize all of the space. You could store some choice tools here if you don't have space in the garage, assuming you have a garage. If you don't have a garage with a workbench, consider a place to work on guns with a video monitor for YouTube tutorials, or something you can connect to from your phone.
You could even design this in 3D (Blender, free) if you have some skill there. Or, hire someone to design and build it out for you. If you have dedicated space, it's worth doing it right.
Also consider lighting!
Work big to small and the need can drive the design. Work the details around the major components.
